Weld Power Generator is looking to continue its growth and is currently looking for applicants for the following position:

Fleet Mechanic / Diesel Generator Technician (3 Years minimum required)

As Fleet Mechanic / Diesel Generator Technician, daily duties will include:

-Performing routine maintenance(s) / repair(s) on our Diesel Rental Generator Fleet ranging from 20kW to 2000kW.

-Performing and completing required paperwork at the completion of tasks.

-Speaking to / Communicating with the Warehouse Manager regarding issues found during assigned tasks.

Other Duties will include:

-Towing and Installation of a rental generator (when required)

-Emergency in-field repairs (when required) both during normal & after-hours

Qualified applicant should possess the following:

-Strong Mechanical skills

-Ability to work independently

-Clean Driving Record

-CDL License (if not current, have the ability to obtain one)

-Strong Communication skills

-Ability to use an IPad

Experience is a must. Must have at least 3 years’ experience as a Diesel Mechanic to be considered.
